- Oral Cancer Screening (2/year)
- All Annual X-rays
- Plus: 20% off all other dental procedures (excluding orthodontics)
- Plus: $100 off per additional family member plan
Perio Plan
Only $699 /year
(For patients with active periodontal gum disease)
This plan includes all the services of the Adult Plan with a more focused approach to gum health.
- Periodontal Maintenance Cleaning (4/year)
- Periodic Exams (2/year)
- Emergency Exam (1/year)
- Oral Cancer Screening (2/year)
- All Annual X-rays
- Plus: 20% off all other dental procedures (excluding orthodontics)
- Plus: $100 off per additional family member plan
Child Plan
Only $299 /year
(For all new patients to the practice over the age of 14)
This plan is designed for our youngest patients (13 and younger).
