These tools can set cookies such as _ga and _gcl_au. We also use a privacy-friendly visit counter hosted on our own server that sets no cookies. Our live chat stores a small identifier in your browser so your conversation stays open while you browse.

Appointment requests
Our appointment request form is provided by a scheduling partner that works for us under a business associate agreement. What you enter there is protected health information and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Messages you send in our chat are stored on systems we control. Please do not share detailed health information in chat. If your question is urgent, call us.
