Smile Love People Neola Dental

Our Commitment to Patient Safety

The health and safety of our patients and staff at NEOLA DENTAL have always been our utmost priority. We are proud to be a proactive member of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis, and Prevention (OSAP), strictly adhering to its comprehensive guidelines, as well as following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Infection Control Guidelines for Dental Settings.

Our practice is equipped with advanced infection control measures that ensure the safe and infection-free delivery of oral healthcare. Our protocols meet, and in many cases exceed, the CDC’s Standard Precautions for Dental Practices. These measures are designed to safeguard not only our patients but also our dedicated team members.

Your Role in Infection Prevention

Maintaining a safe environment is a shared responsibility. We encourage our patients to participate in these safety measures:

Hand Hygiene

Please wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds upon entering our clinic. If soap and water are not readily available, we provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers for your use.

Respiratory Hygiene

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then dispose of the tissue safely. If a tissue is not available, cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands. This practice helps prevent the spread of germs.

Stay Home if Unwell

To protect yourself and others, we advise staying home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Avoid Touching Face

Try to avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands to prevent the spread of germs.

Face Masks

Depending on current health advisories, you may be asked to wear a face mask within our clinic to protect yourself and others.
feels Sick

If You or Your Child feels Sick

Please alert our team immediately if you or your child exhibit any of the following symptoms prior to your appointment, and we will assist you in rescheduling:

NEOLA DENTAL remains vigilant in monitoring the latest health advisories and updating our practices accordingly. Our team is here to support your dental health needs and answer any questions you may have about our infection prevention protocols.

Your health is our highest priority, and we are committed to providing you with a safe, sterile, and welcoming environment at NEOLA DENTAL.
